1. GRC products are generally thin-walled and low water cement ratio, and have larger surface area for GRC hanging board. Therefore, an effective maintenance system should be adopted to meet the following requirements:

（1） 有合適的早強以利脫模和搬運；

（3） 限制收縮以防開裂。

在修飾后，通常用潔凈而優良的聚乙烯薄膜將模具包住，這是防止GRC構件中所含水分的蒸發和受到風的影響，同時也有助于保持水化熱。

After modification, the mold is usually wrapped with clean and excellent polyethylene film, which prevents the evaporation of moisture contained in GRC components and the influence of wind, and also helps to maintain the heat of hydration.

在養護的初期應使GRC制品有足夠的強度，使之在脫模與搬運時不致受到損傷。在澳大利亞某些地區需要對GRC制品通宵加熱，使溫度保持在15℃以上。

In the early stage of curing, GRC products should have enough strength to avoid damage during demoulding and handling. In some areas of Australia, GRC products need to be heated overnight to keep the temperature above 15 ℃.

此主要養護階段是使脫模后的GRC制品繼續得到保護，免受日光、風與空氣低濕度的影響，一般情況下仍用塑料薄膜包住GRC制品以免受到陽光的直接照射。通過噴濕霧也可保持局部的濕度。

The main maintenance stage is to protect GRC products after demoulding from the influence of sunlight, wind and low humidity of air. Generally, GRC products are still covered with plastic film to avoid direct sunlight. Local humidity can also be maintained by spraying wet fog.

當制品在存放與使用時，其周圍與養護階段有明顯差異時，采取有控制的后養護是必要的。這可以采取一些簡單的方法使制件在存放過程中免受陽光的。

When the products are stored and used, and there are obvious differences between the surrounding and curing stages, it is necessary to adopt controlled post curing. This can take some simple ways to protect the parts from the sun during storage.
